Deep OBD for BMW and VAG

This open source app uses the original BMW and VAG ECU files for OBD communication.

Theoretically all operations that are possible with INPA or Tool32, could be also executed with this application.

With a configuration generator simply select the diagnostics jobs to execute and create your own configuration files.

For complex tasks the configurations files could be created manually.

The app requires 2.5 GB of free external storage.

The application supports the following OBD II adapters:

- Standard FTDI based USB "INPA compatible" D-CAN/K-Line adapters (all protocols)

- ELM327 based Bluetooth and WiFi adapters. Recommended ELM327 versions are 1.4b, 1.5 and origin 2.1, which are based on PIC18F2480 processor (no MCP2515 chip) (D-CAN protocol only)

- Custom Bluetooth D-CAN/K-Line adapter (BMW-FAST protocol over D-CAN and K-Line)

- A replacement firmware for the ELM327 Bluetooth adapter is existing, that is faster, more stable and that also supports K-Line (required for VAG vehicles, supports protocols KWP2000, KWP1281, TP2.0)

- Deep BWM OBD ENET WIFI adapter (for BMW F-models)

Questa fonte applicazione aperta utilizza i file originali BMW e VAG ECU per la comunicazione OBD.

Teoricamente tutte le operazioni che sono possibili con INPA o Tool32, potrebbero essere anche eseguiti con questa applicazione.

Con un generatore di configurazione è sufficiente selezionare i lavori di diagnostica da eseguire e creare i propri file di configurazione.

Per compiti complessi i file di configurazioni potrebbero essere creati manualmente.

L'applicazione richiede 2,5 GB di memorizzazione esterna libera.

L'applicazione supporta i seguenti adattatori OBD II:

- standard FTDI base USB "INPA compatibile con" D-CAN / adattatori K-Line (tutti i protocolli)

- ELM327 base Bluetooth e adattatori WiFi. Raccomandato ELM327 versioni sono 1.4b, 1.5 e 2.1 di origine, che sono basati su processore PIC18F2480 (senza chip di MCP2515) (protocollo D-CAN solo)

- Custom Bluetooth D-CAN / adattatore K-Line (protocollo BMW-FAST over D-CAN e K-Line)

- Un firmware sostitutivo per l'adattatore Bluetooth ELM327 è esistente, che è più veloce, più stabile e che supporta anche K-Line (necessario per veicoli VAG, supporta i protocolli KWP2000, KWP1281, tp2.0)

- Deep adattatore WiFi BWM OBD ENET (per BMW F-modelli)
